Seminar for employees
The seminar is in two parts. The first addresses how adverse events affect healthcare workers, which serves to normalize reactions, and how colleagues can support each other.
The second part provides low-level, case-based simulation training in conversations with patients, users and families after an event. Together they serve to prepare health care workers for handling adverse events, build a sense of self-efficacy and contribute to individual and organizational resilience.
